We invite you to come to Sydenham for the Sydenham Lakeside Run in 2016 - what a beautiful site and course we have for you to enjoy!

Sydenham Village is a quaint, historic village nestled in a valley north of Kingston, Ontario. It has all the amenities one could want in a small town. Believe it or not the town was founded more than 200 years ago, and has a distinguished history in agriculture, mining, railways, and now running!

“The Point” is a perfect setting for the Lakeside Run which will take you along the Cataraqui Trail (part of the Trans Canada Trail).
