This 15-week 1/2 Marathon training program and the 9-week 5K training program will prepare you for Bridge the Gap on May 16, 2015. Programs are for runners and walkers. Whether you want to run a better time or have never participated in a 1/2 marathon or 5K, the training programs will help you acheive your goals.
The 1/2 Marathon program begins February 8th and the 5K begins March 21st. There are group runs/walks every Saturday morning, a training schedule for you to do on your own, three supplemental fitness classes with NuFIT for You, and informational sessions with the QMG sports medicine staff.
All proceeds benefit the Quincy Catholic Charities Med-Assist Program.

Program Details
All of the proceeds of the training programs go to Quincy Catholic Charities MedAssist program. Participants receive a t-shirt, training manual, and a support crew. Those who register for the training program and the race together will receive a discount on their race registration.
