Join us for the 41st Annual Lindsay Milk Run & 3rd Annual KL21K Half Marathon
The City of Kawartha Lakes Parks, Recreation & Culture Division is excited to announce the 2019 Lindsay Milk Run will again feature a half marathon division presented by Jamie Schmale - MP for Haliburton-Kawartha Lakes-Brock.

21K - 7:10am | 10K - 8:00am | 5K - 8:20am |
Registration:
Pre-registration will close at 4:00pm on Wednesday, July 17, 2019.
After this time, any additional registrations will only be taken for the 5K, 10K and 21K divisions on Saturday, July 20, 2019 in person at the Lindsay Recreation Complex between 9:00am and 12:00pm.
Race Day registration will be available for the 5K and 10K divisions only (space permitting) at the Lindsay Recreation Complex starting at 6:30am and closing promptly at 7:30am (no exceptions). Cash or cheque payments only.
Registration Fees:
Registration fee includes: finisher medal, race t shirt and post race refreshments.
Technical race t-shirts for the first 200 registered participants. After the 200 mark, participants will receive a cotton blend race t-shirt. T-shirt sizing cannot be reserved in advance and is on a first come first serve basis for sizing.

Race Weekend Prices:
21K, 10K and 5K registration will take place in person only at the Lindsay Recreation Complex Saturday, July 20, 2019 from 9:00am to 12:00pm. Race day registration will be available for the 5K and 10K divisions only on Sunday, July 21, 2019 6:30am to 7:30am space permitting. Please note, there will be NO race day registration for the 21K.

Cancellation Policy: Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, no exceptions.
5K/10K Team Divisions:
Each team competes either in the full 10K or full 5K course, all team members must be entered in the same distance. Teams must consist of a minimum of 4 participants and a maximum of 12. Team members are eligible to compete for individual awards as well. Prizes will be awarded for fastest 10K and 5K teams overall, calculated by the average of all team members.
Team registration deadline is Wednesday, July 17, 2019 at 4:00pm. After this time no changes or additions to teams will take place. Sorry, no exceptions.

Course Descriptions:
21K Half Marathon Division
Participants will be shuttled to Cameron via bus where their journey will begin. Traveling along the Victoria Rail Trail and experiencing the beauty and tranquility of nature in Kawartha Lakes, the Route will pass through the Ken Reid Conservation Area eventually joining up with the 10K Milk Run division for the final few kilometers before ending at the Lindsay Recreation Complex.
Milk Run 10K Division
Participants will travel throughout mainly residential streets in the Town of Lindsay, connecting with with Victoria Rail Trail for a distance, connecting with the 21K division route and the 5K division route before ending the race at the Lindsay Recreation Complex.
Milk Run 5K Division
Participants will travel throughout mainly residential streets in the Town of Lindsay, connecting with the 21K division route and the 5K division route before ending the race at the Lindsay Recreation Complex.
